These triggers can apply different – Methods (carriers), Service levels eg – Standard 5 working days, overweight courier service or charges or free delivery.
Free delivery only applies to Items that are under 20kg and shipped via DPD.

| Standard Overweight Pallet Curb Side Delivery, up to 5 working days – £50 Delivery Region: UK Mainland This is classified by any items over 20kg. These deliveries do not qualify for free delivery. This is a ‘curb side drop’ the delivery driver will deliver this item as close to your door but will not deliver items into your house as they are not insured to do so. Products will arrive on a pallet which you will have to unpack. On the day of delivery, you will be contacted in advance to book the delivery time you will need to be available to take delivery.
